How We Feel is an app developed by a team of scientists, designers, engineers, and therapists with the goal of enhancing emotional understanding and providing strategies for managing emotions in real-time. In collaboration with Yale University's Center for Emotional Intelligence and Dr. Marc Brackett's research, this free app offers users the ability to accurately articulate their emotions while also tracking their sleep, exercise, and health patterns through HealthKit.

Our dedication to data privacy is evident in our user-friendly terms: your personal information remains stored solely on your device unless you choose to participate in research by sending anonymous check-in data.

Whether your aim is to foster meaningful relationships, harness your emotions effectively, reduce stress and anxiety, or simply improve overall well-being, How We Feel provides the tools you need. By diligently tracking daily health patterns through HealthKit and utilizing the app's diverse range of emotional regulation strategies, users gain valuable insight into their personal patterns. The "How We Feel Friends" feature allows for real-time sharing of emotions with trusted individuals, further enhancing the strength of important relationships.
