In collaboration with Yale University's Center for Emotional Intelligence and Dr. Marc Brackett's research, this free app offers users the ability to accurately articulate their emotions while also tracking their sleep, exercise, and health patterns through HealthKit.

Our dedication to data privacy is evident in our user-friendly terms: your personal information remains stored solely on your device unless you choose to participate in research by sending anonymous check-in data.
